I came into this facility early morning with anxiety and heart palpitations and was seen by Dr. Cooper as well as his staff RN Eric and X-ray tech Mario. I couldn’t be more impressed with Eric’s attentiveness to doing his job thoroughly when administering an IV. He was extremely sterile using gloves and wipes around the injection tube before administering the fluid and on top of that his knowledge was great and he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Mario, my X-ray tech was quick to get me back and provide the results helping ensure a timely process, and was also friendly. I have seen a LOT of doctors due to health issues and I can honestly say Dr. Cooper is easily in my top 3 doctors. When we first came to this place, (recommended by our employer) to get rapid testing because our family was getting symptoms for COVID-19, the front desk girl was very polite and helpful in getting us checked in and directing us on how to do online paperwork via QR code. If you have insurance, they won’t charge you upfront for COVID-19 testing which is a relief if you’re tight on money for the holidays! We waited in the lobby because it wasn’t a busy afternoon, or we had the option to wait in our car. We got called back rather quickly! Jason helped us get our rapid testing done on my girlfriend and me. We got our results within 10-15 minutes. Overall we really liked the whole experience and the staff was amazing to us! So thanks

I have nothing but good things to say regarding the care I received at this facility. I, unfortunately, had to go in during the winter storm due to a deep cut to my knee. When I walked in, the reception was very kind, she seemed to really care and immediately helped me get to a room inside. I was then greeted by Will, a nurse I will never forget. Will was extremely kind and patient the entire time. Will made me feel comfortable like I was talking to a close friend, which really helped keep me calm and relaxed considering the severity of my injury. I wish I had caught the names of the X-Ray techs who helped me out because they were just as kind to me. Overall my experience was more than I’ve ever expected from an emergency room. Dr. Barber then took care of me from there. They were busy that night due to many injuries from the storm, but I never once felt like I was the last priority. More than a week after my injury, Dr. Barber has continued to follow up on my progress. I’ve never experienced such care from a Doctor before. A big thank you to Dr. Barber and the staff who took care of me that night, your compassion and kindness is an experience I will never forget.

The entire staff at this urgent care were absolutely the best! I was a cash payer patient but they treated me like I had the best insurance money could buy. the bedside manner of Dr. Degrosa was so refreshing. His only concern was to treat my symptoms and he did so in a very warm, kind, and genuinely sympathetic manner. Their prices were competitive, but when I didn’t have enough money, they helped me set up a payment plan for the rest. Very clean, NO, I repeat NO WAIT, and I was in and out in under an hour. Urgent care has come a long way. Thank you very much Full Spectrum Urgent Care!

Had a pretty bad cut on my forearms that required 6 stitches and they took really good care of me. The NP Theresa was caring and made sure I was not in pain and stitched me up really well and gave good follow-up care instructions. Edward did a really good job prepping me for the procedure and the receptionist, Whitney was friendly and helpful. Had a great experience overall. Highly recommend this place for any medical concern if you need quick reliable care.

I was registered and sat down to wait for my nurse in no time. My nurse Edward made me forget I was even taking a covid test that’s how comfortable he made me feel. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease. If you come to Full Spectrum (which I highly recommend) I hope to get Edward he was amazing. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

This place is phenomenal! I arrived around 6:30 am and despite it being right before shift change (I am SO sorry), there was no delay whatsoever. Dr. Martinez and Dr. Barber were extremely thorough and very personable. The care I received from the front desk staff to the nurses and ultrasound technician was fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and helpful when I was not in the best shape. I hope to not need an emergency room often, but if I do, I’m glad to know this place provides top-notch care. Thank you all again!

They were very professional and courteous. The front receptionists were polite and prompt given the number of people there to be tested for covid. They quickly took care of me made sure I had everything I need and was comfortable. Eric and Ana were friendly and took care of me. Dr.Mayer was professional, he listened and made sure before I left he had checked everything ran every test. My prescription was ready when I got to the pharmacy (it was less than 10 min away). On vacation in San Antonio when I needed medical attention due to an infected finger. This was the nearest urgent care to the hotel we were staying at so I went there. Dr. Soohoo and the staff were awesome. Didn't have my insurance card on me and the receptionist Bri went the extra mile to obtain my info from UHC's system. Got the procedure I needed and they even gave me the first dose of the medication that I was prescribed. The nurses and X-ray tech were great as well. And I was in there an hour, tops. The icing on the cake, they even called the next day to check on me and see if I needed anything. Awesome experience!

Came in with major pelvic pain, pretty sure it was a cyst (id never had one before), they took me back immediately. Let my boyfriend come back with me and were super friendly and understanding when I freaked out about the blood work (I'm terrified of blood). They were completely understanding of my pain, listened to what I had to say, and did everything necessary. I got an ultrasound quick and the results said it was an ovarian cyst. The physician immediately got me in touch with a gynecologist to follow up with and understood the whole thing was frightening and painful. I really recommend this place. Not enough medical professionals listen to you as a human and that really stood out.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Although I knew the urgent care portion didn’t accept my insurance, I decided I didn’t care after reading all their great reviews & having a bad experience at another urgent care just days prior. So I called & they were able to give me pricing ahead of time, & a nurse even got on the phone to help me decide whether or not it’d be worth coming in based upon my symptoms - it ended up being worth it. I LOVE Full Spectrum Urgent Care. I hope to never have a reason to go back but if I do it’s where I’ll be going. I took my 1.5-year-old daughter there on a Sunday morning at 9 am. We were in and out in 20 minutes - nothing better than that with a sick babe. It is a beautiful facility, super clean, and extremely child-friendly. All of the staff were helpful and very kind. We saw a PA, Robert Cooke, and he was wonderful. He was caring, concerned, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to help our daughter. She also gets very nervous (read: hysterical) around doctors and he was completely calming to her. That was the first time I ever saw her respond to a doctor that way. The whole experience was so positive. I can’t recommend Full Spectrum enough.
